Terms of service

The service

OyathEnna lets you create digital invitations, send them to guests (from your own WhatsApp, by email, or automatically from our WhatsApp number), collect replies, and plan your event with tools such as seating, check-in, budget and food planning. Some features depend on the plan you choose for each invitation.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and give correct details. Keep your password safe; you're responsible for activity on your account.
• You can add co-hosts and door helpers. You are responsible for who you add.

Using OyathEnna responsibly

• Only invite people you know or who expect to hear from you, and only with their permission.
• Don't use OyathEnna for spam, advertising, unlawful, hateful or misleading content, or to collect information you're not allowed to collect.
• When we send WhatsApp messages for you, WhatsApp's own rules also apply. We may pause sending if messages are reported as spam.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms, after telling you where possible.

Plans and payment

• Building and previewing invitations is free. Paid plans are bought once per invitation, in Sri Lankan rupees; there is no subscription.
• Prices and plan features are shown on our website and before you pay. Card payments are processed by PayHere. Bank transfers are confirmed once we check your slip.
• Automatic WhatsApp messages use message credits included in your plan or bought as add-ons. Sending from your own WhatsApp is free.
• Refunds follow our Refund policy.

Your content

• You keep ownership of the words, photos and lists you add. You give us permission to store, display and send them only to provide the service to you and your guests.
• You confirm you have the right to use the photos, music choices and text you add.
• Our templates, designs, music library and software remain ours or our licensors'. You may use them only for your invitations on OyathEnna.

Availability

We work hard to keep OyathEnna running, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. Delivery of WhatsApp messages and emails also depends on other providers and on your guests' phones.

Liability

OyathEnna is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by information you enter incorrectly, guests' actions, or other providers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the invitation concerned.

Ending

You can stop using OyathEnna and close your account at any time from My account. We may end or suspend the service for accounts that break these terms. Invitations stop working when an account is closed.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Colombo have jurisdiction. We may update these terms and will show the new date above; important changes will be shared with you in advance.
